Mission & Purpose
Complete Foods Nutrition is a family owned and operated health and wellness company dedicated to sharing a combination of cutting-edge research, and timeless nutritional principles for improving and maintaining mental, physical, and spiritual health.
Our purpose is to serve and inform our customers about the benefits of Whole Food Concentrates and other fundamental truths that can help individuals, families, and communities develop a healthier and more satisfying way of life.
We believe that organic whole food is the best and most effective source of nourishment for the human body. Vitamins, minerals, enzymes, protein, oil soluble nutrients, and all other nutritional elements are found naturally in food, and natural food is where we should obtain them for optimum health.
In the Beginning…
Dave started working for the company in San Diego in the mid-1980’s after overcoming a debilitating illness by applying the Complete Foods E.A.T approach and whole food concentrates regimen. In 1991, CFN’s program helped Lora (Dave’s fiancé at the time) beat drug addiction and a host of other physical ailments.
The couple was married in 1992 and the kids (Lisa and Matthias) soon followed. For the remainder of the 1990’s, the Complete Foods lifestyle helped them accomplish their dream of raising a healthy family on the beach in Southern California, and earn a living by sharing the wellness principles and products that changed their lives.
Farm Fresh
In 2000, the family and company relocated to a Pacific Northwest farming community where the first-hand experience of working with local organic growers produced numerous benefits and upgrades to the quality and variety of their products.
Their journey and adventures in one of America’s most fertile areas for raw dairy, grass fed livestock, and organic produce was instrumental in the growth and progress of Complete Foods Nutrition.
Today
As of 2021, the company headquarters has come full circle, moving back to the Southland and maintaining its commitment to provide the cleanest, healthiest, and highest quality organic whole food supplements on the market today.
Dave continues to work with his son Matthias, and daughter Lisa, making plenty of time for faith, family, and friends when they aren’t formulating and packaging their products to take care of their wonderful customers!
A Lasting Legacy
The original creator of our products, Dr. Bud Keith, was a true pioneer in the fitness and nutrition industry. Decades ahead of his time, he formulated the legendary Jack LaLanne all-food supplement line in the 1960’s and 70’s, and later created the original version of the now famous Perfect Bar with his family in San Diego, CA.
We have made it our aim to stay true to Dr. Keith’s whole-foods-only philosophy regarding dietary supplementation, and because of his enduring nutritional influence and creativity, we are blessed to share our products with you.

It is with great honor and respect that we pay tribute to our beautiful Lora Lee for the countless hours of work, devotion, and service to Complete Foods Nutrition and to our family. We love you and miss you sweet lady, and we will see you again soon in the land where all sad things become untrue…
